Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays + (option to work Saturdays for hours, w/ generous flexibility for time off)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our management team in leading our team members, mainly at our Downtown salon
This unique position requires a polished, customer-focused professional who holds a valid NH beauty industry license (cosmetology, nail technician or esthetician) but is eager for the next step in their career. An ideal applicant is willing + able to take services with customers when needed but is mostly managing the day to day operations at the front end of the salons, focused on staying organized, being personable and passionate about beauty, employees and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Salon Manager:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage the salon schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
- Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and provide information on salon services.
- Process transactions, including payments and gift card sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with retail product recommendations and sales.
- Ensure salons are fully stocked with needed product by managing the monthly ordering needs
Qualifications
- A valid state license in Nail Technology, Cosmetology or Esthetics.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering luxury service and attention to detail.
