About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
As a FOH Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
- Answer guest questions and address concerns professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock supplies and maintain FOH stations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work effectively with kitchen and FOH team members
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy periods
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] pounds
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow instructions and company standards
