Punta Morada is a high-end restaurant. Please do not apply unless you have previous experience as a busser or server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
We are looking for energetic, professional team members who take pride in exceptional hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Compensation includes hourly rate plus a fixed percentage of the tip pool.

Duties
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times.
- Assist with bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights, including managing guest relations and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, buzzer in a high end restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately.
- Basic food industry knowledge including food preparation, serving techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
