Job Title: DIR® Floortime Supervisor

We are passionate about supporting families and empowering children with individualized, play-based therapy services.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Health Professional (QHP) to develop and lead one of our clinical teams. This individual will oversee client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, train and support parents, and supervise the Floortime “players” working under his/her direction.
This is a leadership role for someone passionate about developmental therapy, autism support, and mentoring a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent training and coaching using DIR® Floortime principles
- Supervise, mentor, and support Floortime players/therapists
- Ensure high clinical standards and program integrity
- Monitor client progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in care
Qualifications
- Must have a Master’s Degree in OT/SLP/PSY
- Must have Advanced DIR Floortime Certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for relationship-based, play-centered intervention
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
