ClubCuts is a brand-new location in Murfreesboro (Medical Center Pkwy area) — and we’re hiring a select group of barbers to build our founding team.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
- Provide excellent customer service and build repeat clientele
- Maintain a clean, professional station
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Lead Barber:
- Help lead shop culture and daily flow
- Mentor barbers and support team performance
- Assist with scheduling and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License
- Strong technical skills (fades, tapers, beard work)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Lead Barber applicants:
- Leadership experience preferred
- Wants to grow into a management role
