Parkside Audiology is a thriving private pay independent audiology practice in South Tampa, Florida. We are a small, intentional team built around one belief: we are here to serve our patients with the best quality of care utilizing best practices.
We are growing and we are looking for the right audiologist to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This position is flexible. We are open to part time or full time depending on what works for the right candidate. If you are looking for a way to step into private practice, expand your clinical scope, or build something meaningful this role is worth a conversation.
What makes this opportunity genuinely different is our commitment to clinical depth. We are actively developing our auditory processing disorder (APD) evaluation and treatment services, and we want an audiologist who is curious about this space or already working in it. If you have experience with APD or have always wanted to explore it in a supportive, well-resourced environment, you will find real room to grow here.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations
- Perform hearing aid fittings with real-ear measurement verification on every patient
- Provide tinnitus evaluations and sound therapy counseling
- Participate in the development and delivery of our auditory processing disorder program
- Collaborate with our referring physician network including neurologists, geriatricians, and concierge medicine practices
What We Are Looking For
- Au.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in audiology
- Active Florida audiology license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
- Genuine curiosity about auditory processing disorders and a desire to develop expertise in this area
- A patient-first mindset you believe in taking the time to get it right
- Comfort with real-ear measurement and evidence-based fitting practices
- Strong communication skill you can explain complex findings in plain language
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a small practice environment
