What You’ll Do
- Provide 53-minute therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform.
- Blend traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic practices (e.g., EMDR, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic release).
- Create treatment plans and progress notes; submit documentation within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and management to optimize client outcomes.
What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: $65–$85/hour (variability based on client types)
- Performance Bonuses: Starting at $250/month
- Healthcare Stipend: $750/month based on performance

- Additional Compensation:
- $20/hour for required administrative meetings
- Free 15-minute consultations offered to prospective clients (optional)
What We’re Looking For
- License: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMHCA, or equivalent in California
- Malpractice Insurance: Active policy required
- Ability to be credentialed with insurance panels (we’ll guide you)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Comfortable maintaining a caseload of 10+ sessions/week
- Passion for integrating holistic and evidence-based approaches
