Chroma Color Corporation in McHenry, Illinois is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to support our production operations. Chroma produces custom color pellets that enable our customers to manufacture a wide range of plastic products.
- Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)

Note: Schedule may transition to 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Base Pay: $29.00/hour

Shift Differential: $1.25/hour

Total Starting Pay: $30.25/hour

Chroma is a color house specializing in mixing and pigmenting resin to create colored plastic pellets for our customers. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading and developing team members.
Experience in plastics manufacturing is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.

• Constantly review the operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and propose improvement plans to increase efficiency in operations. • Walk the floor regularly during the day reviewing line rates and equipment performance to assess where adjustments need to be made with work processes (increase/decrease heat, change a screw, change running rate of the line, etc). Must be able to give team members guidance on how to optimize their performance by optimizing line and equipment performance.
