Cabinet Manufacturing Production Associate
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our cabinet manufacturing team. No previous experience required. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and understands the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of custom and production cabinetry
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
- Lead by example through strong work ethic, accountability, and positive attitude
- Support and promote Lean Manufacturing principles, including waste reduction, organization, and process improvement
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, safety, and productivity
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Train and assist team members when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet production schedules and deadlines consistently
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools including drivers, drills and saws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and work in a physical production environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
