Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.

Mix, shape, proof, and bake dough using proper baking techniques.

Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.

Prepare ingredients and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Keep the kitchen and baking equipment clean and organized.

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Support new product development and seasonal menu items as needed.
Qualifications

Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred.

Knowledge of bread fermentation, dough handling, and baking techniques is a plus.

Ability to work early morning shifts.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
