Client Success Associate — Real Estate (Inside Sales)
The short version
We're hiring someone to work the phones on behalf of our clients — the top luxury real estate agents and teams in the country.
When you pick up the phone, you're not selling Meson. You're part of their team. You introduce yourself as ____'s team, you know their listings, you speak their market, and you book appointments straight onto their calendar.
Here's what that really means for you: you will spend every day inside the businesses of top 1% producers, talking to people with real money and real decisions to make. You'll learn how luxury deals actually get sourced, how the best agents run their pipeline, and how to hold a confident conversation with a high-net-worth homeowner. Most people in this industry take five years to learn that. You'll be doing it in week one.
This is a phone-first role. You will talk to people all day. If that energizes you, keep reading.
Who we are
Meson Agency is an onshore, Miami-based client success team for luxury real estate. Top-producing agents hand us their database and their new leads, and we do the thing almost nobody in this business does well: follow up, relentlessly and professionally, until the conversation becomes an appointment.
Agents don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem. We are the fix — and our people are the whole product. Which is why we invest in them like it.
To date our team has been credited with $202 Million in closed sales volume and $7 Million in GCI for the agents we work with, across 191,000+ conversations.
What you'll actually do
- Call, text, and email homeowners and buyers as an extension of your assigned agents' teams — using their name, their brand, their voice
- Work dormant databases: people who raised their hand once and were never properly followed up with
- Respond to your clients' new leads within minutes, not days
- Run real conversations, not scripts read off a page: ask good questions, listen, find the timeline, find the motivation
- Book qualified listing and buyer appointments directly onto your clients' calendars
- Learn each client's market, inventory, and positioning well enough to sound like you sit two desks away from them
- Keep their CRM (usually Follow Up Boss) clean and current — accurate notes are how agents learn to trust us
- Nurture the "not right now" contacts so they come back to us in 3, 6, 12 months
What you'll learn (and this is the point)
We treat this seat as an apprenticeship, not a headset job. Inside your first year you will learn:
The business itself
- How luxury listings are won — pricing conversations, listing presentations, what makes a seller pick one agent over another
- How the top teams structure their pipeline, their database, and their follow-up
- The Miami and national luxury markets: inventory, comps, buyer profiles, what actually moves a $5M home
- The economics: commissions, splits, GCI, what a producing agent's year really looks like
How to talk to high-value people
- How to earn 30 seconds of a busy, wealthy stranger's attention — and turn it into ten minutes
- How to ask questions that surface motivation and timeline instead of getting a polite brush-off
- How to handle objections from people who are used to being pitched and are very good at saying no
- How to sound calm, credible, and peer-level with someone who has more money than you do — which is the single most valuable skill in this industry, and almost nobody teaches it
This is coached, not left to chance: live call reviews, recorded-call breakdowns, script work, and a manager who has done the job.
What a week looks like
- ~100–150 outbound dials/day, plus follow-up texts and emails
- A handful of assigned client accounts you own and get to know deeply
- Daily huddle, live call reviews, ongoing script and objection coaching
- Weekly scoreboard: conversations, appointments set, appointments held, client retention
We don't hide the numbers. You'll always know exactly where you stand.
Where this leads
This is not a dead-end phone job, and we won't pretend the ladder exists if it doesn't. Here it is:
- Client Success Associate — You learn the craft. You set appointments. You get very good on the phone.
- Senior Associate (6–12 mo) — Bigger accounts, higher-value conversations, higher bonus tier. You start training new hires.
- Team Lead (12–24 mo) — You run a pod. You own their numbers and their coaching.
Most people who try to break into real estate start with no leads, no coaching, no income, and no idea what they're doing. You'd start with all four solved — and get paid while you learn.
Who this is for
- You like people. Rejection doesn't rattle you — it's just the tax on the next yes.
- You have no ego about credit. The agent's name is on the sign; your win is their win.
- You can adapt. A Palm Beach waterfront specialist and a Coral Gables team don't sound the same, and neither should you.
- You're organized. Follow-up only works if it actually happens.
- You want a career in real estate, not a stopgap — and you're willing to spend a year learning it properly before you cash in on it.
- You're coachable. That's the whole job, honestly. We'll teach you the rest.
Bonus, not required: real estate license (or working toward one), prior ISA / inside sales / call center experience, Spanish fluency, Follow Up Boss experience.
Who this is not for
- People who want a quiet email-and-Slack job. This role lives on the phone.
- People who need three days to return a lead.
- People who need their own name on the win.
- People who want the title and the payoff before the reps.
What you get
- Competitive base salary — you're not eating what you kill from day one
- Performance bonuses on appointments set, appointments held, and closings that trace back to your conversations
- Structured training and coaching, not "here's a script, good luck"
- Direct exposure to top-producing agents, their deals, and their networks
- A team that's being built, not rented. The people who join now are the ones who lead it in 18 months.
Requirements
- 1+ year in any role where you talked to people all day and were measured on it (sales, hospitality, recruiting, service, fundraising — we're open)
- Clear, warm, confident phone presence in English
- Comfortable with a CRM and a dialer
- Able to work remotely with a quiet, professional call environment and reliable internet (US-based)
- Legally authorized to work in the US
