We are Hiring Immediately for a Mold Setup Tech position!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technician to support injection molding operations. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong technical knowledge of injection molding equipment, tooling, and production processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines while ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Candidates must meet the following core qualifications:

Hands-on injection molding experience (required)
Direct experience in the injection molding industry is required. Experience limited to related fields such as blow molding or thermoforming will not be considered equivalent. -
Mold setting and removal experience (required)
Must have practical, hands-on experience physically setting and pulling molds. Experience must go beyond observation or assisting rolescandidate must have actively performed mold changeovers. -
Machine operation experience (critical requirement)
Must have experience starting and stopping injection molding machines independently. This is the most important qualifier for the role, as it demonstrates true Process Technician capability versus supporting roles such as maintenance or tooling.
Candidates should also demonstrate the following:

Injection molding machine tonnage experience
Experience should include operating presses of varying clamp tonnages. Candidates who list machine tonnage ranges (below, within, or above any specific facility range) are strongly preferred, as this indicates true industry experience and familiarity with injection molding operations. -
Multiple IMM machine platforms (machine makes)
Experience with a variety of injection molding machine manufacturers is highly desirable. Examples may include Arburg, Nissei, Sumitomo Demag, Toyo, Van Dorn, and similar platforms.
Candidates who list multiple machine makes demonstrate broader technical exposure and adaptability across different production environments.
The ideal Process Technician is a highly skilled, hands-on injection molding professional who has:

Independently set, pulled, and changed molds in a production environment

Started and stopped injection molding machines as part of daily operations

Worked with multiple press tonnages and machine platforms

A strong understanding of production flow, machine behavior, and troubleshooting

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
This role is best suited for experienced injection molding Process Technicians who can demonstrate direct, hands-on operational experience with molds, presses, and machine setup. Candidates without true injection molding machine operation experience will not be considered.
