Edmondson Restoration is a veteran-owned, IICRC-certified restoration company serving South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. We restore commercial and residential properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and storms, and we handle full reconstruction as well. We've grown by building genuine, lasting relationships in the communities we serve.
We're expanding our Rock Hill office and looking for a Business Development Representative to lead our growth in the surrounding market.
The opportunity
This is a territory you'll own. You'll be our sole business development representative in the market, reporting directly to our Vice President of Business Development, with the full support of our team behind you.
Restoration is a relationship business. Property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and trade partners refer the people they know and trust. Your job is to become that person in this market, building a referral network from the ground up and growing it into a book of business that's genuinely yours.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with property management companies, facility managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and trade partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM
- Complete vendor credentialing with property management firms across the territory
- Represent Edmondson at chamber, BNI, and industry association events
- Support assessments and job setup as you develop technical knowledge
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience
- A track record of building relationships that produced real results
- Self-motivation and comfort managing your own schedule and territory
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Helpful, but not required:
- Experience in restoration, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, or a related trade
- Existing relationships in property management, insurance, or facilities in the Charlotte metro and surrounding areas
- Restoration certifications. We'll pay for your IICRC training if you don't have it yet.
We're open to candidates from outside the industry who have strong relationship-building experience. We'll teach you restoration.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on the business you generate
