Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced operations environment including manufacturing, warehouse, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations leadership team
- Coordinate employee trainings and scheduling logistics
- Arrange team lunches, meetings, and onsite events
- Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews for candidates
- Order and maintain office and operational supplies
- Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day support activities
- Communicate and interact with employees across all levels of the organization
- Support various operational and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered equally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable interacting with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Culture fit and team collaboration are extremely important for this role
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
