At Golden Years, we believe in creating meaningful connections through respect, kindness, empathy, community, and care. We strive to enrich the lives of our clients by offering not just support—but true companionship and understanding.
Lives alone in a clean home with no infestation concerns.
Friendly Labrador retriever in the home.
Smoking occurs most of the time outside the home.
Client is independently mobile and may occasionally need caregiver support with errands or travel.
The best caregiver match is laid-back, dependable, and task-oriented. The client prefers someone who can be present, and personable without excessive conversation during television time. The caregiver should be comfortable engaging with the client and her family when appropriate.
The client does not work well with caregivers who spend excessive time on their phone or are not actively completing assigned tasks. Caregiver assignments should be based on job-related qualifications, availability, compatibility, and ability to meet care needs—not race or other protected characteristics.
