Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will manage targeted advertising, execute physical and digital communications, work with company social media accounts, and attend strategic trade shows on behalf of the company. This dynamic role builds customer relationships and accelerates business growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and expands company marketing database.
- Works with sales team to identify industries with sales potential.
- Uses advertising, direct mail, email, and social media to promote company products and services.
- Updates company social media and helps maintain company website.
- Promotes company products and services at selected industrial trade shows.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma with sales/marketing experience or College studies in Marketing.
- Strong Written and Verbal Skills.
- Experience with sales/marketing database systems, as well as knowledge of WORD and EXCEL.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEM (Search Engine Marketing), conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with content creation is essential.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools to support integrated campaigns.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the desire to learn new digital marketing techniques and stay current on industry trends.
