Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed information about tanning services, packages, and products
- Assess customers' skin type and recommend appropriate tanning options
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and the importance of sunscreen
- Operate and maintain tanning equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Process customer transactions and handle cash register duties
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist with retail sales and promote additional salon services
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of different tanning methods and products
- Ability to assess skin types and recommend appropriate tanning options
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
