Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support the overall café operation
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous barista experience or background in food service is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Café experience or retail sales experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality
