-Required valid/current Texas Driver's License
-Ability to pass a full background check, including credit, criminal, and DMV.
-Experience in property plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical operations.
-Neat and professional personal appearance.
-Ability to motivate and direct personnel
-Good communication skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-The ability to work well under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Complete maintenance request as directed by the Property Manager.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and all other building systems.
- Remove property debris/trash from the property at the Property Manager’s direction.
- Perform make-ready functions as directed.
- Clear vacant apartments of trash and debris.
- Inspect the unit for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances, fixtures, and all other interior apartment items.
- Ensure the property's exterior is always maintained.
- Notify the Property Manager of any potential mechanical, structural, or exterior property problems.
- Report items beyond the scope of your knowledge to the Property Manager.
- Complete the Outside Staff Daily Opening Checklist.
- Complete a weekly property light check after hours as directed by the Property Manager.
- Perform "on-call" duties as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
