The Orem Recreation Department is currently hiring for Shift Supervisors for the childcare services at the Orem Family Fitness Center. This is a part-time, non-benefited position working under the direction of a Recreation Manager, Supervisor or Coordinator. This position is responsible for the supervision of facilities and staff at the Orem Family Fitness Center, specifically in childcare, oftentimes in the absence of the Manager or Coordinator during a scheduled shift. Shift supervisors will also assist in training and supervising non benefited employees on shift. This position works closely with the Head Lifeguard on duty & lead program instructors to maintain cohesion between both sides of operations and staff. Oversees and ensures high level of customer service for all patrons.
