Job Overview
A warm and welcoming Seattle family is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny to care for their sweet 4-month-old daughter. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the infant stage and feels confident supporting early development, routines, and creating a nurturing environment.
We're looking for a caring, dependable nanny with at least 5 years of professional experience caring for infants and toddlers. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be a wonderful bonus but are not required. Our priority is finding an exceptional nanny who is loving, engaging, and experienced.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $32–35 per hour, depending on experience and overall fit
Start Date: By July 13
Commitment: Long-term (1-year commitment preferred)

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for the baby
- Support infant development through tummy time, sensory play, reading, and interactive engagement
- Follow established feeding and nap routines
- Create a calm, safe, and engaging environment throughout the day
- Wash bottles and pump parts
- Complete light baby laundry
- Keep baby-related areas clean, organized, and tidy
- Communicate with parents about the baby's daily activities, routines, and developmental milestones
- If applicable, naturally incorporate Mandarin and/or Cantonese into daily interactions (not required)
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience as a full-time or consistently dedicated childcare provider
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully pass a comprehensive Level 2 background check
- Provide at least three strong childcare references demonstrating reliability, professionalism, communication, and emotional maturity
- Warm, nurturing, and child-focused personality
- Ability to take initiative while respecting and supporting the family's parenting style
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly valued but are not required.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
