Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can work efficiently, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of construction tasks including framing, demolition, cleanup, and material handling.
- Support carpenters and other trades on remodel and new build projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow instructions and safety protocols consistently.
Requirements:
- Basic construction experience preferred (willing to train the right person).
- Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
