- Providing labor and vehicle operating skills to build and deliver mattresses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diversity of physical work in a climate controlled environment while also traveling and interacting with customers in the Bozeman and southwest Montana area while on deliveries.

Specific Description:
- Production of mattresses and box springs
- Assemble boxsprings and mattresses
- Unload, inspect and put away incoming shipments
- Take monthly inventory of materials
- Organize and clean production area
- Assist other team members as needed in production tasks
- Delivery of mattresses and box springs
- Load outgoing shipments
- Drive or ride in delivery truck
- Contact customers with delivery arrival time
- Assemble and stage delivery in customer homes
- Remove old mattresses from customer homes
- Complete customer service visits
- Clean and organize delivery trucks
- Remove snow on sidewalks
- Haul trash to landfill
- Perform other duties as needed

Skill Requirements:
- Have computer skills for using industry specific scheduling and inventory management software.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Able to lift at least 80 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs.
- Comfortable with using and operating air and power tools as well as forklift and delivery trucks.
- Able to exercise good customer service and people skills.
- Background check and DOT physical required.
