In our 1:1 ABA sessions, you’ll work hands-on with children (ages 18 months to 17 years) using evidence-based strategies under the supervision of a BCBA. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a team-focused workplace where your contributions truly matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans
- Support early learning, communication, social, and play skills through engaging activities
- Collect data and maintain accurate session notes
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality care
- Actively engage children through play; running, dancing, building, reading, or other fun, interactive activities
- Communicate positively with families, supervisors, and peers to celebrate progress and ensure support
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active setting with children
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, squat, and move quickly to stay engaged and maintain safety
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check and TB test
- Willing to complete RBT certification (we provide training and support)

Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience and education

Ideal Background (not required):
- Childcare (nanny, preschool teacher, babysitter, tutor)
- Education, psychology, or related degree
- Experience as paraprofessional, camp counselor, or direct support staff
- Passion for working with children with autism
