Joe Cool Home Services is looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician. We provide full-service plumbing and air-conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation while delivering professional and courteous service to every customer.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Clearly explain plumbing issues and available solutions to customers
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Treat customers’ homes with care and respect
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of residential plumbing service and installation experience
- Experience in all areas of residential service plumbing
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to complete the work while helping customers feel confident about the service provided
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
