Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused engineering professional who enjoys managing multiple active projects, interpreting technical documentation, and keeping production priorities moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager will serve as the primary connection between customers and internal teams, helping ensure projects are clearly understood, properly prioritized, completed efficiently, and shipped on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer projects from initial communication through completion, shipment, and final follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 40 to 50 active customer projects at varying stages.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding timelines, project status, requirements, and next steps.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, plans, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules, machine completion, customer priorities, and on-time shipment.
- Prioritize multiple projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
