Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide helpful information about our services.
- Assist customers with buying decisions
- Process debit and credit card transactions
- Ensure a well-organized workspace
- Process sales
- Explain Charter services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold safety standards at all times.
- Engage customers in conversations about available Charter Services
- Greet store customers
- Answer questions from shoppers
Customer Service Associate Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
- Knowledge of customer service and sales techniques are a plus—training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and working in various weather conditions.
