Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management professional to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced hardware & service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of industry standards, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, manage inventory , and ensure operational excellence across various services.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Oversee inventory processes, maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Lead staff training sessions on customer service, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste
- Handle shift management by coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Conduct interviewing and hiring of new team members to build a competent workforce
- Develop budgets, manage costs, and implement strategies for operational efficiency
- Provide leadership in operations management, fostering a positive work environment and team development
Skills
- Proven experience in hardware, services or retail management roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong background in hardware management strongly desired
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Experience in managing staff training & development programs; leadership capabilities essential
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently within a high volume enviorment
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and budgeting processes
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and lead teams confidently

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
