What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, air handling systems, ductless mini-splits, hot water heating systems, etc.).
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups to maximize energy efficiency.
- Perform equipment and system repairs.
- Perform equipment replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining diagnostic findings.
- Keep the company service vehicle clean, safe, and properly stocked with inventory.
What We Look For (Requirements):
- Professional HVAC service experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (Type I & Type II required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with electrical schematics.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills and a high standard of integrity.
