Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Manage paid search marketing efforts utilizing tools such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits using SEO tools to enhance organic visibility and improve website rankings.
- Optimize website content and landing pages through conversion optimization techniques to boost user engagement and lead generation.
- Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting, and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies.
- Coordinate content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop, and content management system (CMS) updates on platforms like WordPress.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter while maintaining social media management best practices.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads effectively through email marketing campaigns and targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website management tasks involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for technical proficiency in web development projects.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, paid search marketing effectiveness, website traffic growth, and campaign ROI to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools for keyword research, site audits, and backlink analysis; experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and tracking setup.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop for content creation purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent copywriting skills combined with a keen eye for detail in content management systems.
- Experience executing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising or other social media channels.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and automation platforms for nurturing leads effectively.
- Ability to analyze web analytics data to generate actionable insights that improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
