We are an authorized AT&T dealer, and our team works directly with customers to provide excellent service, recommend solutions, and create a positive experience.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work face-to-face with customers while developing valuable skills in customer service, sales, communication, and leadership. This is a full-time opportunity with room for growth for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support sales goals while maintaining a great customer experience
- Work directly with customers in an in-person environment
- Learn and present AT&T products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Build relationships with customers and team members
- Represent AT&T and MarketForge Collective professionally
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
- Work toward individual and team goals
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate who is:
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with people
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Excited to learn new skills
- Comfortable working with customers face-to-face
- Professional, dependable, and positive
- A strong communicator and team player
- Interested in growing in sales and leadership
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate, sales representative, retail associate, or customer service professional is a plus, but not required.
