We are looking for a Food Service Manager, a part-time position in Weston, FL.
Your “hands-on” leadership should include working on the line making product, serving product and interacting with our guests. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating team members, managing operational costs, ensuring legendary customer service, engaging with vendors, hiring and training new team members, identifying business opportunities and monitoring financial activities.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability and meeting business objectives.
The Food Service Manager will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
You have a passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
You integrate fun as a way of being and working. Coach and develop teams.
You communicate effectively with honesty & kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
You should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Management experience is required. A minimum of 1-year experience working in a food/retail environment.
Language spoken and written: English and Spanish. Additional language is a plus.
ServSafe Food Manager training is a plus, but not required. (Candidates will be required to obtain this certification upon employment.)
Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time (include a combination of shift times, mornings, evenings, and weekends)
All Team Members are expected to be available to work during the holiday season
