We are looking for a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. **Sign On Bonus upon employment**The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition and helping others, and will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition counseling to patients, developing nutrition plans, and educating patients on healthy eating habits. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work with a diverse population, and be able to effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition counseling to patients and their families.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Keep accurate records of patient visits and progress.
- Provide nutritional advice to healthcare staff and other professionals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
