Experienced administrative assistant needed for a small Private Investigation and Legal Support Company. Qualified applicant must have a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced but friendly work environment. Excellent computer, client relation and communication skills (both written and oral) are required. Must have the ability to work independently and resolve client issues in a positive and professional manner. Successful applicant should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data entry software programs. Main duties include data entry, data accuracy, managing case files and deadlines, answering/following up on client phone calls, filing and scanning documents. Looking for an individual with a positive and outgoing personality who enjoys working closely with others. Experience working in a law office or the legal field for a minimum of one year is required.
