Our drivers report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning of each scheduled shift, where the company provides the delivery van, route technology, equipment, and training needed for the day.
You bring the reliability. We provide the wheels.
STARTING PAY: $23.75 PER HOUR
- Full-time employment
- 40+ hours available weekly
- Typical shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Weekly direct deposit payroll

START YOUR DAY WITH EVERYTHING PROVIDED
This isn't a position where you'll put hundreds of delivery miles on your personal vehicle.
Once you report to the Mount Joy terminal, you'll receive a company delivery van and prepare for your assigned route.
We provide:

- Navigation and route technology
- Delivery equipment

- Operational support throughout the workday
No CDL required.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU LEAVE THE TERMINAL?
You'll spend your workday completing an assigned route and delivering packages to residential and commercial customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Safely operating a company delivery van
- Completing scheduled package deliveries
- Following an assigned route using provided navigation technology
- Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the shift
- Organizing and handling packages efficiently
- Maintaining delivery accuracy
- Providing courteous and professional customer service
- Communicating with the operations team when assistance is needed
- Following established vehicle and workplace safety procedures
WE'RE NOT ONLY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS
Never delivered packages before?
That's okay.
We're interested in applicants who have demonstrated that they can show up consistently, stay productive, work responsibly, and learn something new.
People coming from manufacturing, warehousing, construction, landscaping, restaurants, retail, hospitality, transportation, customer service, and other hands-on occupations can transition successfully into delivery work.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Must be at least 21 years old with 3 years driving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to safe and responsible driving
- Comfortable working independently
- Professional communication
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

Applicants may be recruited from Reading and surrounding communities; however, all drivers hired for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal for their scheduled shifts. The company delivery vehicle is provided after reporting to the terminal.
