Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Clean floors using various methods such as sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to restore shine and cleanliness.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Utilize proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently.
- Maintain all cleaning equipment in excellent condition through regular upkeep and proper storage practices.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas of the home meet cleanliness standards consistently.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by being punctual, respectful, and attentive to client needs at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, janitorial or custodial roles is highly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and proper use of cleaning supplies.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Outdoor work experience is advantageous for roles involving exterior surface maintenance or patio cleaning.

Pay: $23.48 - $28.28 per hour
