Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing duties
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly after guests leave
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine knowledge, or dietary needs with professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards for safety and sanitation
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet restaurant needs
