Help Build the Future of Personalized Healthcare
Some people are looking for their next job. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something exceptional. Endoura Effect is a growing longevity, hormone optimization, and metabolic health clinic built on one belief: healthcare should feel more personal, thoughtful, and proactive than what most people experience today. We're not trying to be the biggest clinic — we're trying to be one of the best, which means every member of the team matters.
We’re hiring a Clinical Operations Lead to work directly alongside our founder and provider. If you’ve ever looked at the current healthcare landscape and thought, "there has to be a better way," you just found it.
What Makes This Role Different
This isn't box-checking and waiting for instructions. You'll have a voice, help solve problems, improve systems, and be trusted to think critically and take ownership. Some days you're assisting with patient care; others you're refining workflows, implementing new technology, coordinating follow-up, or working through challenges with the provider. If variety energizes you, you'll love it here.
What You'll Do
Clinical Care
- Prepare patients, obtain vitals, medical histories, medication reconciliation, and documentation support.
- Assist with hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapy, metabolic health, longevity medicine, and injection therapies (within scope).
- Coordinate lab testing and review workflows; assist with refill coordination and patient education.
- Perform phlebotomy when needed (a plus, but we'll train the right person).
Operations & Leadership
- Support daily clinic operations, patient communication, and follow-up.
- Manage inventory and supplies, drive workflow and quality improvements, coordinate vendors.
- Help support future team members as we grow.
Technology Is Part of How We Care
We use modern software, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to strengthen patient relationships and cut administrative burden — technology that reduces charting fatigue, not adds to it. You don't need to code. You do need to enjoy learning. If your first reaction to new tools is curiosity rather than frustration, you'll fit in well.
Who Thrives Here
Someone who notices what needs doing before being asked, brings solutions rather than just problems, stays calm under pressure, communicates with warmth and professionalism, takes ownership, and would rather improve a system than accept "that's how we've always done it."

A Note to Applicants
This probably isn't a fit if you want a role where every day is identical, responsibilities never change, or someone always tells you the next step. It is the fit if you're energized by growth, value trust, and want to help build something that genuinely improves people's lives.
