Full-time, Direct hire position

Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welders.
- Read and apply technical drawings / blueprints / weld symbols.
- Perform weld set-up verification, fit-up inspections, and in-process quality checks.
- Operate advanced welding equipment/systems.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED.
- Proficient in operation, setup, and basic maintenance of industrial welding robots.
- Solid understanding of MIG welding process.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
