Night Hawk Events produces upscale nightlife experiences in Boston, and we're building a team of Event Promoters to sell tickets and grow the movement. If you've got a strong social circle, an active social media presence, and hustle, this role pays you for what you're already good at.
What you'll do:
- Sell tickets to Night Hawk events using your own unique promo code and tracking link
- Promote events on your social media (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) using our ready-made flyers and story templates
- Work in a small team ("Pod") of ~4 promoters, matched with people in your circle or scene
- Attend our monthly promoter summit — food, drinks, awards, and leaderboard results

What we're looking for:
- 18+ (21+ preferred for venue access)
- Strong personal network and/or active social media presence
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable promoting in person and online
- No experience required , we provide the promo kit, templates, and training
