Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Counter Service Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options using established recipes and creative flair
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring timely service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills
Qualifications
- Will train the right person. Need availability MWF 4p-10p
- Perfect first bartending job.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in catering, banquet service, or retail math is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required
