Our independently owned hotel is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician who aligns with our vision of creating a Culture of Service Excellence. We pride ourselves on delivering genuine hospitality supported by well-maintained facilities for every guest, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across the property
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
- Complete all assigned work orders thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Accurately document all maintenance activities and completed work orders, ensuring consistent communication so all departments remain informed and on the same page
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following all safety protocols
- Proactively spot issues and take initiative to resolve them before they become larger problems
- Use sound judgment to solve problems independently while upholding hotel standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in hotel, apartment, or commercial building maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on repair skills across multiple trades
- A proactive thinker with a calm, solution-focused approach to challenges
- Someone who takes pride in their work and consistently shows up ready to deliver quality results
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping for accurate documentation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time, $17–$19/hour. Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
