We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate residential service operations in the Chicago, IL area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining efficient operational workflows to meet the needs of our residents.
Pay range is $25/hr. to $30/hr., commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus potential

Continuing Employee Education and Development
Minimum three years' experience as a Residential Maintenance Manager
Advance knowledge of various maintenance functions and mechanicals including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair
Proven leadership ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some knowledge of computer systems
Driver’s license with reliable vehicle
Supervise the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
Work closely with our Property Manager to maximize retention and occupancy goals
Delegate maintenance tasks to subordinates
Comply with all Fair Housing and OSHA laws and regulations
Respond to emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holiday
Order supplies and manage inventory control with established budgeted parameters
Provide pro-active preventive maintenance for the property
Assist PM with performance issues and reviews for the maintenance team.
Perform other duties as assigned by our Property Manager, DOM and VPO
