- Provides indirect and direct management (both interim and permanent) and oversight, has its own funds invested and ready access to deep capital resources, lends unique resources from executives’ careers building businesses in trading, dealership services and commercial finance,
- Partners with existing management, sellers, dealer partners and like-minded investors to buy, build, fix and sell equipment trading companies.
M-Tech made its first direct investment on February 9, 2025, acquiring one of Toro’s largest equipment dealers in Michigan. It’s acquisition included Mark’s Outdoor Power Equipment (“Mark’s”) a 50-year-old, area staple, small engine sales and service organization and desirable Northville, MI real estate from Mark’s retiring owner.
M-Tech closed its second acquisition of Nagy’s Tractor Sales, a compact tractor, trailer and lawn equipment dealership and related real estate in Michigan’s Saginaw valley. Nagy’s gave us a dealership with LS Tractor and Husqvarna lawn and tree equipment as core brands, a strong platform from which to combine management and brand volumes and attractive real estate in northeastern Mid-Michigan.

M-Tech is seeking new talent as it redefines company roles, spreads management across brands and functions and shapes new technology, inventory controls and revenue enhancers into the company’s business model.
M-Tech is designing new full-time, entry level positions for Mark’s and Nagy’s to assist in store/phone customers, learn all aspects of our business and immediately assist our current team with growing needs in logistics management, assembly, delivery, scheduling, rental and other areas where growth opportunities are driving need.
