What the Role Looks Like
- Work with buyers and sellers in residential transactions
- Conduct consultations, showings, and negotiations
- Manage active clients and pipeline follow-up
- Build long-term referral and repeat business
- Utilize CRM systems and operational tools
- Collaborate with support staff and transaction coordination teams

What We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee real estate license
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Consistent follow-up and organization habits
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
