The Client Associate will engage with local communities, offering guidance and recommendations based on consumer needs, promoting Verizon Communications wireless services to enhance their connectivity and build strong relationships through positive customer interactions.
Your Day-to-Day as a Client Associate:
- Interact with customers to discuss Verizon’s wireless services and help them get connected.
- Present and explain product options in a friendly, approachable way that builds trust.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while addressing questions and concerns.
- Support team goals by contributing to a high-performance culture built on communication and accountability.
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer engagement through hands-on experience.
- Assist with tracking daily progress and maintaining accurate customer records.
