Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our team. The Service Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive, customer waiting areas, and vehicle display areas - Pick up and drop off customers
- Assist with vehicle lot organization and inventory management
- Support service advisors and technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driver duties
