Bonnie Mara Animal Hospital is a brand new, proudly independent small animal hospital actively hiring for all positions. The paint is drying, the equipment is arriving daily and the hospital is coming to life!
We are currently looking for experienced client service representatives who have worked in a veterinary hospital, registered veterinary technicians (RVTs) and experienced vet assistants.
We are intentionally building a collaborative, supportive, team-working environment where patient care matters, clients matter and you matter!
We are looking for kind, capable and dependable people who are proud of their client communication skills, care deeply about the work they do, motivated to learn and grow, understand the importance of low-stress (fear-free) handling, LOVE animals and excited about the prospect of helping to shape a hospital from day one!

Preferred Skills
- Hearing an unanswered phone in the background slowly drains your soul
- At least 1 year of experience working as a veterinary CSR
- You understand the voice answering the phone can make an entire client experience and know what a smile over the phone sounds like.
- Experience with Ezyvet Veterinary Software a plus. Show us all the secrets!
- You can juggle conversations, scheduling, callbacks, needy (but fun) DVMs, emails, texts and clients without visibly combusting.
- Attention to detail is your jam.
- You genuinely enjoy connecting with clients, their pets and other staff
- You understand that efficiency and compassion are not mutually exclusive
- You can pronounce most medication names on the first try (but might still prefer to call levetiracetam "generic keppra")
- You instinctively will stand up to greet someone when they walk in the door
- You know that being a CSR is so much more than "just answering phones."
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
