We are looking for individuals who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children in a structured, school-like environment. Our educators go above and beyond to create meaningful learning experiences while building strong relationships with families.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum
- Conduct child assessments and track developmental progress
- Lead and participate in quarterly parent-teacher conferences
- Maintain strong, professional communication with families through daily updates and conversations
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Follow all state licensing guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a positive, supportive workplace culture
- Go the extra mile to create a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience for every child and family
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a childcare or early childhood setting
- Passion for education and working with young children
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a structured, school-like environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow
Preferred (but Not Required):
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or related credential
