# Evening Janitorial Technician – Courthouse **Schedule:** * Monday – Friday * 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Janitorial Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a courthouse. This position is responsible for ensuring the facility remains clean, sanitary, and secure while following all safety and security procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors * Clean and sanitize restrooms * Empty trash and replace liners * Dust offices, courtrooms, hallways, and common areas * Clean glass, mirrors, and interior windows * Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces * Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper * Spot clean walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed * Secure assigned areas upon completion of cleaning * Report maintenance or safety concerns to management * Follow all courthouse security procedures and company cleaning standards **Qualifications:** * Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Strong attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine physical cleaning tasks * Excellent work ethic and positive attitude **Background Check Requirement:** Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check required for courthouse access.
